The following guide is a selective bibliography of resources in the Hastings Law Library, along with a descriptive list of some helpful sites on the Internet, and directories on Lexis and Westlaw. Before consulting any of the print directories listed below, be sure to check our online catalog, to determine the publication's currency and availability.

"The most widely consulted and most respected directory of lawyers, law firms, and the legal market" -from the Foreword. Detailed biographies, specialties, and ratings (see prefatory pages for abbreviations and explanations). Vol. 1-18 contain practice profiles (blue pages), professional biographies (white pages), and services, suppliers, consultants (yellow pages). Listings are arranged by city and volumes are arranged by state (volumes 2-3 are for California). Additional volumes list corporate law departments and American Corporate Counsel Association members.
